Founder and Chief Executive Officer - Michael B. Gardiner

Mr. Gardiner founded Aliunde LLC and is its Chief Executive Officer. He is responsible for setting and directing Aliunde's strategy and operations.

Mr. Gardiner has practiced law since 1992. His career has included several years of practice in large law firms, most recently as Of Counsel at Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, where clients he originated generated several million dollars in fees. He has also served as in-house counsel at publicly and privately held companies, including the role of General Counsel at Prime Time US Inc., a media and book concern. While serving as in-house counsel, he searched for and engaged large and small law firms in the United States, Australia, Canada, Europe, Israel and Mexico to handle a wide range of litigation, corporate, tax, intellectual property and employment matters.

Mr. Gardiner received his BA in economics from Northwestern University; his JD from The Ohio State University College of Law (cum laude and with honors), where he served as Editor in Chief of The Ohio State Law Journal; and his MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business (high honors).
