Aliunde was founded in 2010 to facilitate the process by which businesses find and engage law firms. We do that by providing a web-based service companies can use to bid out legal projects. More specifically, we use a simplified, non-binding request for proposal (RFP) system to give clients and law firms the ability to quickly and efficiently exchange information and proposed engagement terms for potential projects. Our leadership has experience both as in-house counsel engaging outside counsel and as outside counsel seeking new business. The Aliunde service was designed to address the issues and concerns of both sets of participants.
