For purposes of helping client users maintain the confidentiality of and the attorney-client privilege over information exchanged via this Website, our personnel are restricted by technical and contractual means from accessing most of the information submitted via an RFP or in a response to an RFP. Our personnel, however, will have limited access certain aggregated information RFP and response information that does not identify individual users or their organizations and will also have access to RFP and response information made publicly available by users of this Website.

For the purpose of operating our business and providing you with certain services and to process your purchases, we may disclose Your Information to one or more of our business partners, distributors, suppliers, affiliates, service providers or other third parties who are assisting Aliunde in performing such services. We use commercial reasonable efforts to comply with applicable U.S. e-mail regulations.

Chat Rooms and Forums

This Website may now or in the future include web logs (i.e., blogs), chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or news groups that allow users to submit information.
